Citadel Developers, one of the leading builders in the city launched the construction of their apartment ‘Magnum Sky Villa’ on Monday, October 3. The foundation stone laying ceremony was held in the serene and silent Mannagudda neighborhood on Nehru Avenue Road.

The launching ceremony was conducted in the plot with a brief foundation stone laying ceremony and prayers. Satya Krishna Bhat performed the necessary puja and rituals required for the ceremony. Three partners of Citadel Developers, Sandeep Kumar, Ram Kumar Bekal and Ajith Kumar took part in the rituals and laid the foundation stone to mark the construction of their new project. The well-wishers and close friends of the developers joined in to give their good wishes for the project.

The structure of Citadel ‘Magnum Sky Villa’ will be engineered by Anil Hegde of ‘Vimal Anil Structural and Survey Consultants’ with the architectural expertise given by ‘Upalekar Sadekar Architects and Interior Designers’. Ravi Shankar A N is the Project Management Consultant working with Mahabala Kottary, Keshav Amin and Shashidhar Maarla who are the civil, electrical and plumbing contractors respectively. The chartered accountancy will be taken care of by Alwyn Rodrigues.
